Business Continuity Management

The workshop will be an introduction to Business Continuity Planning. Delegates will see how a business continuity plan is compiled and will have ample opportunity to relate this to their own organisation. Delegates will have the opportunity to discuss challenging areas where applicable to ensure all leave with the basis of a workable draft plan by the end of the day.

Lexcel - an Introduction for Practices

This is an introductory workshop, designed to provide a basic understanding of the Law Society’s Lexcel Standard for those new to the Standard or those who wish to refresh their knowledge and skills. The workshop is appropriate for large and small Practices and in-house legal departments.
